Leadership Team

The Leadership Team sets the vision and direction for the Inkster Housing Commission. They oversee policy development, quality assurance, government and community relations, and ensure that residents and stakeholders receive the highest level of service.

Finance Department

The Finance Department manages all fiscal operations, including budgets, audits, internal controls, and investment oversight. Their work ensures the Commission’s financial integrity and sustainability.

Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program

The HCV Program serves low-income households by providing rental assistance through Housing Choice Vouchers and specialized programs. The department also offers supportive services, helping families achieve stability and greater self-sufficiency.

Procurement & Modernization

This department oversees purchasing, contracts, and vendor relations while also managing modernization projects that improve and preserve housing communities. They ensure efficient use of resources and compliance with procurement standards.

Housing Initiatives

Housing Initiatives manages the operation, development, and maintenance of housing communities. This includes overseeing public housing units, redevelopment projects, and new real estate investments that expand affordable housing opportunities for Inkster residents.
