How to Access RFP Documents
All solicitations are published through the Housing Agency (e-Procurement) Marketplace.

Vendor Invoice & Payment Process
Payment Terms: 30 days from receipt of invoice
Submittal
Email all invoices to inksterap@inksterhousing.org. Invoices must include:
A valid IHC-issued PO number (with available funds)
Unique invoice number (max 15 characters)
Vendor name and remittance address
Invoice date
Itemized goods/services (quantity & unit price)
Total amount due
Work Completion Form (for services)
Proof of Delivery (for goods)
🚫 Quotes, statements, or work orders are not invoices and will not be processed.
Processing
Invoices are reviewed in order of receipt (oldest to newest).

Paper Check
Unpaid or Rejected Invoices
Invoices may be rejected if:
Invalid or missing required details
PO number not included
Missing Work Completion Form (services)
Missing Proof of Delivery (goods)
